How To | Cook Bacon in the Oven
Preheat oven to 400º.
Line a baking sheet (or two, depending on how much bacon you're cooking) with foil. Lay bacon on foil, making sure they don't touch, otherwise they'll fuse together.
Cook in oven for 12-15 minutes, until they've reached your preferred level of crispy. I do not enjoy crispy bacon. I like mine to be pliable, so I usually take them out when they look brown throughout and have started to curl on the edges.
